Please download any or all of the following to help us publicize the convention. We appreciate your help!

Progress Report

Deadline for content submission for the Progress Report is early February 2011.

If you want to have an ad insert go out in our progress report, please note the following:

• Advertiser supplies 2500 copies of the flyer for inclusion.
  
• Flyer can be color or black and white on 20# bond letter-size paper.
  
• Rate is $125.00 for inclusion in the mailing to over 2000 individuals.
  
• Deadline for payment and receipt of ads for the Progress Report is not yet set.

Advertisement Specifications

Ads must meet the following guidelines:

• Black and white art must be 600dpi.
  
• Color art must be 300dpi.
  
• Preferred file format is TIFF, PSD, or PDF though 100% quality JPEG is acceptable
  
• If file format is PDF or PSD, you must also send us any fonts used so we can convert it to a TIFF for insertion.

• Advertiser chooses ad location: add 50% to above price
  
• CONduit staff creates ad: add $20 to above price
  
• If CONduit staff creates the ad, advertiser will be shown a proof. Advertiser may make changes to this proof and CONduit staff will correct the ad accordingly. Any additional changes beyond the first proof will be charged at $15/hour/ad (minimum 1 hour charge).
  
• Payment for the ad is due upon receipt of the insert order. Send payment made payable to "CONduit" to the address here.
  
• Email information and artwork to info@sfcon.org.
  
• Deadline for payment and receipt of ads: Saturday, April 9, 2011.
